Our family had the the good fortune of spending Christmas at Villa Encantada. We enjoy vacationing together and have rented many homes to accommodate our growing family. The Villa Encantada was perfect for our family of 11 people (including one 3 year old child) with plenty of room (each bedroom had its own bathroom), a swimming pool, spa, and a goregous outside area to relax, dine, and enjoy the view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Usually as the mom in the family, I have the chore of buying and preparing meals for the family when we are on vacation. For the first time I got to enjoy myself with delicious meals prepared by our wonderful chef, Walter. Rene, our houseman, made our stay perfect while Isabel, the maid, kept the house in order. The staff even helped us celebrate our grandson’s birthday with a Batman cake and Batman pinata. The house is located in a beautiful and safe area of Puerto Vallarta with spectacular views. There are so many fun things to do in the area. We felt safe and comfortable at the house, as well as when we were on the beautiful beach (great body surfing!), in town, and surrounding area attractions. There are so many fun things to do in PV!
The house staff and owners were so very easy to work with. We would love to come back to Villa Encantada in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about my week long stay at Villa Encantada. Not only is the Villa absolutely stunning and picture perfect but it is also clean, luxurious and very well maintained.
The ocean views from the pool and second floor balcony are incredible, especially at sunset. The bedrooms are so inviting and the bed we slept on was so comfortable.
Every single staff member went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. They were so accommodating, professional and courteous. The food that was prepared for us was fresh, authentic and tasted incredible! The freshly made chips, guacamole, salsa and margaritas upon arrival was an excellent way to start the trip! The coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped shrimp and fresh fish prepared for us was my favorite!
The location is close and very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants… a short 5-10 minute drive. To be honest though, the quality and taste of the food prepared at the Villa surpassed any food we had while out downtown! You may not need to leave! I truly felt like I was staying at a resort all week.
The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions that you may have during your stay. I couldn’t imagine relaxing anywhere else, it feels like your own piece of paradise. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Encantada, it made my trip to Puerto Vallarta that much more enjoyable! I can’t wait to go back.

Amazing villa, great staff, amazing food! Extremely happy we decided to rent the villa over getting a hotel. Will defenetly be going back.

Okay so let me first start by saying I am a hotel/rental SNOB. I can always find something wrong with everywhere I stay. Except here. This place literally could not get any better. It is perfect. The only problem is finding time to go back! Okay so the Villa? AMAZING. This place looks like I flipped open a design magazine and a dream Villa popped out. It is perfect. The rooms are huge, impeccably decorated and SO CLEAN. Even staying there with a full house-every room feels private and incredibly relaxing. And did I mention CLEAN?! Now the staff? I want to invite them to my house for the holidays. They were incredible. I don’t know how they keep the chef around…he could honestly open his own restaurant-his food is THAT GOOD. The housekeepers might as well have been ghosts…you go down for breakfast and by the time you go back to your room your bed is made and everything is perfect. Once again let me tell you…SO CLEAN! The pool was fantastic, the house was amazing…I can’t speak highly enough of this place. My family and I had the most relaxing, luxurious feeling vacation we have EVER had and we all travel quite often. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for our dream vacation Villa Encantada!

Villa Encantada was the best Villa I’ve ever stayed at! The Villa was in amazing condition. Margaritas, fresh made chips and guac were served upon our arrival and it was paradise from then on. We spent much of our time hanging out at the pool and eating freshly cooked meals by the chef Walter. The houseman Rene and the housekeeper Isabel were there whenever we needed anything, although it was almost as if nobody was there. The place was huge-5 bedrooms and a full bath in each. A few of the rooms had awesome views off into the jungle across the valley or of the ocean down below. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach or 5 minute cab to town. We can’t wait to come back soon!

A group of our friends had a retreat at this property and everyone absolutely loved it. The place was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful. The villa was more beautiful than in the picture. The best part of our stay was the cooking from chef Walter. I have been to Puerto Vallarta several times and have eaten at different high rating Yelp review restaurants but Walter’s cooking is by far the best that I have had. His coconut shrimps and shrimps wrapped with bacon are to die for. We also had ceviche and other salads that were fresh and nicely done. His empanadas were exceptional. It was cooked just right with flavorful meat in the inside and slightly crispy on the outside that you can taste the fresh corn flour used.

Other staff include Rene who speaks English very well and were very helpful in arranging any needs including drinks and food stock up. Isabela was keeping the place clean for us daily. Thank you everyone for a wonderful time. We will definitely come back and stay here again in the future.
