Nestled in the peaceful hills above Town. The beautiful and well constructed house offered a tranquil environment That you would never guess that the middle of town is only 5 minutes away.
The staff was Lovely, Professional, and knowledgeable for all of my needs.

My family took over this villa for a week vacation and celebrated my parents 50th anniversary. Before we arrived, the owner was extremely responsive throughout the year that we planned answering every and any question I had in a very timely manner. The pictures are exactly how it looks in person. Words can not express how AMAZING the house staff was when we arrived. They accommodated a few of us who arrived early and the late departure when we left. The food was better than restaurant quality and we could get anything and everything we wanted/needed. And did I say we had 18 people (many little people but still a lot of people)?? And the house did not feel cramped at all. We felt truly welcome. The staff arranged any taxi or activity service we needed throughout the week. The house was a bit up the hill so in the month of August it was a little tough to walk to the beach – very hot! But all in all this location was excellent!! I would HIGHLY recommend this for a special occasion or with a good group of friends.

From the moment we arrived until the day we had to say goodbye, we were taken care as if we were part of the staff’s family. There are no words to describe how wonderful and helpful the staff were during our entire visit. They accommodated every request from all members of the group. I still miss/dream of Walther’s cooking and the fresh guacamole….. Rene scheduled a wonderful adventure snorkeling, hiking and a visit to a beautiful beach. The home was perfectly appointed and worked wonderfully for our mix of families (with children 17, 12, 8 and 2). It was an unforgettable 40th birthday celebration and I hope to be back at Villa Encantada very soon!

Our first time at Villa Encantada, Absolutely Satisfied in every aspect. The house is beautiful, the location perfect and close to the Malecon, the staff was wonderful. Walter’s food is delicious. Very authentic. The staff was friendly and very professional. I would recommend this place 100%!!! I love the fact that you can dine and enjoy family without having to rush to mealtime hours. Being a family of 6 people it is difficult to get everyone ready to go to breakfast… Walter had our meals prepared to perfection. We will come back to Villa Encantada next time we go to Puerto Vallarta.

Our stay at the Villa Encantada helped to make this one of our best vacations. We had 12 people at the villa and there was plenty of room. The staff was incredible as we just picked out the menu items and they did all the preparation and served wonderful meals. They also were very helpful with questions, making phone calls, and suggesting sights to see and things to do. The view from the villa is fantastic as you look out over the bay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We would certainly go again if we have the opportunity.

My friends & I have visited the villa for years for our annual girls trip. It’s the perfect set up so we can each have our own bedroom & bathroom. Having the friendly staff and meal preparation makes it an even more luxurious event. We’ll be back!
