Our experience at the Villa exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish.

The owner Paul was extremely responsive and helpful during the reservation process and made sure all of our needs were met. Upon arrival at the Villa, Rene and Walter prepared margaritas and snacks then proceeded to helped us with our luggage as we started our vacation. Throughout the week, we were treated to amazing food and excellent service from Rene, Walter and Isabel. While they were always there when we needed them to help us order a taxi or make a reservation, they struck the perfect balance of being around yet other times we didn’t even notice they were there. The villa was well taken care of and the pictures on the website hardly do justice as the views (especially during sunset) were incredible. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area as we had all of our meals outside. Beaches are close by as is the Old Town area which was great for those nights that we wanted to go out.

Overall, this was an ideal vacation from the booking process to the food and the service we were able to experience. I recommend the Villa for any type of group looking to have a relaxing vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

Our entire family including 4 small children went to Villa Encantada and what a wonderful time it was. Paul was very responsive and always quick to answer our questions and concerns. The Villa lives up to it’s billing and is even more beautiful than the pictures can portray. The sunsets with the mountains and the ocean is amazing.
The service was impeccable. Walter is not only a wonderful chef, but a great comic. He was always up for entertaining us all. And his food was all amazing. Rene was helpful with taking care of all our needs. Isabella quietly went about keeping the Villa and all of our clothes clean. It was great to go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.
Walter and Rene made my Grandson’s 6th birthday something special to remember, black curly wig and all.
It was a wonderful trip with memories we will always cherish.
We look forward to another trip in the future.

this was our second time at villa encantada and it was just as charming and enjoyable as the first. the staff is top-notch, and the property is gorgeous. we can’t wait to return!

I stayed at the villa with friends in Oct and we have all been pleased with our decision. The villa is terrific. Paul, the owner was extremely helpful during the booking process. What stands out though, is the staff. Walter the chief and Rene the concierge catered to our needs and made the trip memorable. Highly recommend.

Thanks Rene, Walter, and Isabel for making us feel so welcomed and relaxed for the stay with the family. We had a variety of ages and everyone was so happy with the accommodations. The food was awesome, the rooms always clean, and the pool was great to cool off in after a hot day out on the ocean or at the zoo. They were prepared for anything we needed and even got us great cabs.

We were walking distance to downtown and had several good meanders down to the beach and to the Malaccan. Centrally located, the home is awesome for excursions in either direction. 20 minutes to the airport, 5 from downtown, 15 to the zoo. Just all around a great place to stay with your family.

We spent a week at this villa and had a great time. The staff is friendly and takes great care of you while they are there cooking and cleaning. Close enough to walk to the beach for some or a short cab ride if you prefer. Loved the view from the upstairs bedrooms.
