Got back from our trip on Saturday – hated to leave. I wanted to let both of you know how perfect our vacation was.

Elizabeth- your suggestion of Villa Encantada after we had gone through SOOOO MANY other houses was perfect. Working with you was an absolute joy.

The staff was outstanding as well. Walter was a great cook, Isabelle took great care of our needs and helped out with breakfast each day. Alex took care of our every whim from fishing, dining or shopping (and true to form each day, our plans changed at least three times over breakfast!). I cannot say enough about the quality of the property or the people we met. We cannot wait to get back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Encantada. We arrived to the house with all of our bags on a nice warm June afternoon and were greeted by Alex, the houseman, and Walter, the chef and a table full of margaritas, chips, and guacamole. The perfect welcome and the perfect way to start out our trip! We loved the house, which is beautiful, open and airy. Beautiful tile floors inside and out. The views are great, upstairs and on the main level. The location of the villa is great too, a short cab ride to town, or a nice walk, we were also able to walk to the beach and walk down to the highway to catch the bus. Most of all the staff at the Villa are absolutely wonderful! I really can’t say enough. We traveled with our then 14 month old son and they were so helpful, entertaining him during meals they even watched him one day while we went on a dune buggy tour that Alex set up for us. Having Alex around, was like having our own personal concierge he would help us decide what to do and would set things up for us. I also used the villa’s website a lot before our trip to try to get ideas of things we wanted to do while there. I loved the website, all the activities gave me so many great ideas. I hope we get to return soon!

Villa Encantada is incredible! The open air rooms, the exquisite design and the breathtaking views are not only enchanting, but comfortable, elegant and inspirations too! After a wonderful week of pure relaxation and royal treatment, I have returened home with a new perspective and a new drive to achieve in my life whate you have created in yours. We LOVED it. The villa is absolutely beautiful and your staff is warm and welcoming. It helped that we spoke Spanish, but your staff was treating us with the utmost respect and friendliness. We greatly appreciated their knowledge of the area; since we normally stay in Nuevo Vallarta, it was a challenge learning the other side of town! Humberto was so helpful in drawing us maps and making sure we knew exactly where we were going whenever we went out. Walter’s food was INCREDIBLE, and Isabel was very friendly and kept the place immaculate. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for use of the villa this last week! Our group had an absolute blast and even after looking at the website, everyone was amazed at the beauty of the house. Your staff is AMAZING and always made us feel well taken care of. What an enchanting villa at which to hold a wedding! At our pre-wedding site visit, I was in awe at the fine detail of the villa as well as the immaculate maintenance kept by the staff. Villa Encantada is a perfect and oh-so-charming niche of paradise set on the beautiful hillside with an even more beautiful view! Any couple getting married with plans for a small and intimate celebration should definitely consider Encantada as a venue that will fulfill their wedding day dreams!
